Refund policy

Right of withdrawal: 14 days to change your mind

In accordance with articles L221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, you have 14 days from receipt of your order to return it to us, without having to give any reason.

To exercise this right, write to us at kaliora.contact@gmail.com stating your order number and the items concerned (you can also use the withdrawal form in our Terms of Sale). We will send you the return address.

You then have 14 days to send the item back, unused, complete and in its original packaging. Return costs are at your expense, unless the item is defective or there was an error on our part.

Refund

We refund all sums paid, including the initial delivery costs (based on the standard delivery method), no later than 14 days after being informed of your decision. We may withhold the refund until we receive the returned item. The refund is made using the same payment method as the one used for the order.

Defective, damaged or incorrect item

If you receive a damaged or defective item, or one that does not match your order, send us a photo at kaliora.contact@gmail.com. We will offer you a replacement or a refund, at no cost to you.

Legal guarantees

All our products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity (articles L217-3 et seq. of the French Consumer Code) for 2 years from delivery, and from the guarantee against hidden defects (articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code).

When you receive your parcel

Please check your parcel as soon as it is delivered. If the packaging or the item is damaged, or if the item does not match your order:

  • take photos of the parcel and the item on receipt;
  • write to us within 48 hours at kaliora.contact@gmail.com with your order number and the photos.

We will then offer you a replacement or a refund, at no cost to you. This deadline helps us handle your request quickly; it does not reduce your rights under the legal guarantee of conformity (2 years).
